Springs Behavioral Health is conveniently located in Northern Colorado Springs next to the Chapel Hills Mall off Academy Blvd and I-25 freeway. We are located within the Regency Executive Center building which is accessible by public transportation and offers free parking. The building is ADA compliant with ramps, wide entrances, lobby, elevators, handicap accessible restrooms, and exterior/interior signage.
You will find our office to be equipped with amenities designed to make your experience more pleasant and enjoyable. From a comfortable waiting area to relaxing provider offices, every detail has been designed with your satisfaction in mind.
Our waiting room is fully furnished and created by an interior designer to help you feel at ease. Utilizing soft, neutral colors with a modern style and oversize artwork offers a quiet and soothing environment for you to sit while children enjoy arts, crafts, and toys in a separate playroom. A receptionist is present to check you in and answer questions before your appointment. With daily cleaning services, you can expect comfortable seating options that are clean and sanitary. Other amenities include central heat and air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, fidget toys, books, magazines, and discreet entrances to ensure privacy.
Each providers office is private with large windows that offer unparalleled views of Pikes Peak and allows natural sunlight to enter. With patient centered care, wait times are minimal due to scheduling appointments with appropriate time allocations so you don’t feel rushed or disregarded. We strongly encourage patients to come into the office for appointments but also understand that situations may arise which prevent you from traveling and so for you convenience, we offer virtual appointments and have the capability to see you on telehealth video.

We do our best to facilitate a relaxing and non-threatening office environment you’ll want to return to again and again. This includes the implementation of multiple techniques to prevent treatment discomfort and minimize anxiety. We go out of our way to deliver the level of care and compassion we would want for our own families.
Insurance & Financing
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Any insurance benefit is solely between the insurance company and the patient. However, as a courtesy to our patients, we will submit all insurance claims on their behalf, at no additional charge. Co-pays are requested at the time of treatment.
For your convenience, we offer Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Financing is also available through Care Credit.
